Just ordered this last week, paid about $40, now the same toy is over double the price! Sad part is, Walmart prices are sooo much better, one hamster is $8. Definately wont be buying more of this set from here. And the packaging lied, there were no batteries, so to keep my daughter happy, had to go scrounging around for some so she could play with her birthday present. Then the silly thing wont stay on the track, keeps *standing* up, and wont go thru the tunnel. Will even flip itself over. Dont think I would recommend this to others, if it wont keep itself running around it’s own track…
I cannot believe what these sellers are trying to make off of us parents that actually have kids that want these toys. I was fortunate to find this at my local Meijer store for $24.99. If you sellers would stop buying up all the “hot” toys and just let the parents that actually have kids that want these toys buy them, there would not be a shortage. Rip off–Amazon should not allow this kind of thing to occur. Parents–get smart, in a month or so, there will be plenty of these at your local stores, DO NOT PAY THESE OUTRAGEOUS PRICES!!! Even if you can afford it!
