I bought this because I read that it was good for travel. I’ve had it for a couple of months now and when I first pulled it out it was a little overwhelming for my little one with all the pieces. I just pulled it out again today and it is definatly a keeper! We are going on a long plane ride to Grandma’s in a couple of weeks and this will keep my 20 month old busy for quite a while. She also likes to name the animals and make the animals sounds that go with each one. The only thing is for the plane I definatly will only pull out one little puzzle at a time. Only improvement I would make, it would be great if they were magnetic.

I bought these to entertain my twin boys on the plane which was a mistake…too many pieces to pick up and keep track of. However, my boys (22 months old) have really enjoyed playing with them before bed and when they wake up. It’s a great quiet time activity. These are not for children who still chew. We had a 12 month old chew on one of the pieces and the paper came off the wooden piece.

I bought this toy to keep my 2 year old grandson busy when we traveled from Ohio to Florida. He played with it over and over and never seemed to tire of it. We have been back in Ohio for 2 months and it is still a toy that he plays with regularly. I really like the fact that it and the tray are both wood. It is durable and easy to use. I also bought the vehicle set which he also uses.
