When we first got this toy, my daughter was 8 months old. She figured out how to use it right away and played with it all the time. It’s been two months and the toy is broken. The sounds that play do not correspond to the activity taking place. For example, when she pops a door open it will say “Good Bye” and when she pops open the circle it will say “rectangle”. I no longer have the receipt for this toy, so I doubt I could get a refund. I’m really disappointed because she loved this toy at first. She’s not that interested in it now that I keep the volume turned off.

|Daughter loves this toy,
My daughter has played with this toy since she was 7 months old. She is now 12 months and loves to hear the characters speak and sing. It is not too loud, which can be a huge problem with electronic toys, and has stood the test of a 3 year old.

I bought this for my daycare kids about 4 months ago. The kids love it. It sings the alphabet as says shapes and more. It very cute. It’s not too loud. It’s a greeat teaching tool.
