My daughter loves this!,
Here is a video of my daughter playing with this toy so you can hear what it sounds like. We got this for her when she was three months old and at the time she couldn’t spin it herself but she calmed down every time we played it for her. She is 8 months old now and it is still one of her favorite toys. If I take it away from her, she cries. Keeps her occupied while I’m cleaning the house! (I tried to upload it but it wasn’t a supported format so here is a link to the website where I have uploaded it)

Pros: calming, engaging, and cute
also there is a little heart on it and if you hold it down then it does not sing anymore, you have to push and hold it again to get it to sing again. my daughter does accidentally push this button sometimes but it’s very easy to just walk over and fix it for her
Cons: the only thing I can think of is that my roommate said he had a nightmare about it once

|Not so great.,
The elephant sounds like he has a stuffed up nose and he sounds kind of stupid. Not sure I want my baby to be learning from this type of speech. The volume is also really loud. Too loud for little ears. The spinning action is easy to manage so that is a good tool for little ones. Maybe the lion sounds more intelligent? I wish it were made out of a nicer fabric. It’s not as cute as it looks in the photo.

|Ella is adorable and well loved,
My son received Ella as an Easter present from his grandpa. He loves it a lot. The songs that Ella sings are soothing and entertaining. When my son would become upset I just started singing to him Ella’s songs, but instead of Elephant, say his name, Mattingly, and he would instantly calm down. He was a 6 week preemie, so he had to have his eyes examined before he was 1. He started to fuss a little bit while I was holding him, so I started to sing him Ella’s song and he calmed down. The Dr. asked me where I got the song from, I told him, he said keep singing it, because it is making him happy and calm. I loved this so much, I purchased it for my Godson for his birthday as well. Favorite song, is the sleep song.
