We have all the Toy Story sets, except the ‘giant’ Zurg and Buzz, which we can’t find (except on e Bay at JACKED UP prices!). As of today, Amazon is not carrying them and Toys R Us is sold out. My 7 year old loves these sets. They are great Lego quality. I know some people buy Lego sets to collect, but these are Toys at our house and are played with heavily since Christmas. Lego getting the Toy Story license was a nice idea, good business for Lego, good fun for Toy Story fans. It’s a win win situation! (ha just had to say it)
If you can afford it, buy it!
I have to agree with the other review, as a reminder, if you’re tempted to buy this for a younger child, this probably isn’t suitable for anyone younger than 5-6 at the lowest unless closely working with an adult. Younger children WILL want to play with them, and unless you’re completely sure there is no chance of these pieces being swallowed, I would use age-wise caution when purchasing.
This toy is very good. It comes with lots of cool mini figures of Woody, Jesse, Stinky Pete and Bullseye. But there could’ve been a school house like the movie. But, I know that would be an extra set. This toy is fun because it has several parts to it. For example it has a safe where there is money and you can pretend that Stinky Pete is robbing the bank. And it also has a jail as well where you can place the bad guy!! Also, the back of the jail opens like a jailbreak. The mine couldv’e been better because you can barely fit a character in the mine. This will be a fun addition to your child’s collection. Although, not suitable for very young ages as there are pieces that can be chocked on. But this is with all lego products.
