This game is great my son loves it and the simple fact that i could only get it here because it was sold out every store we went to and even though it is pretty much the same price as in the store it was available for us to buy i love that my son was stuck with the preloaded game that the ixl came with until we come onto amazon now hes got 3 games and we even went far enough as to invest in some rechargeble batteries for this game take my advise it is a worthy investment for this game simplay because youll go through hundreds of batteries in no time he has only been playing his since christmas day and weve already gone through about 40 batteries and that is including when we have to take the game away for a few days because of his behavior but yes get yourself some rechargeble battries they will pay for themselves in 2 weeks
My 3 year old loves his IXL, and really loves Batman right now, so this game was perfect. I love how the games just load on his IXL, so there are no cartridges for him to keep up with. The games are okay, educationally. I think most of them will be better for him as he gets older, but until then, he’s happy to play with them, and I’m sure he’s learning as he goes. The Batman game had a new story for the book feature, 3 types of games, new art pages and stamps, and a new look for the music player setting. Months later, he still loves his NEW Batman game.
